How Long Should I Play My Sound?

These easy steps will get you started:
- Select your favorite media player on your computer – iTunes (Apple or Windows), MediaMonkey (great player for Windows)
- Create a new “Playlist” labeled “Female Balance” and copy the newly downloaded MP3 or the MP3 from the CD into the playlist
- Connect your MP3 player to your computer
- “Synchronize” or “send to” the Playlist on your MP3 player
- Eject the MP3 player in the software, then disconnect
- Plug in your earphones
- In the “Settings” menu of your MP3 player select “Repeat All”
- Select the “Playlist” labeled “Female Balance” and click “Play”
- Place your earphones in your ears, or tuck them behind your waistband, just make sure there is physical contact. Note: The belly-button/abdominal area is perfect because of the concentrated nerve endings.
- Let the MP3 play for your desired time.
- Just relax and enjoy the soothing vibrations.
