If you are feeling cold it could be as serious as a thyroid problem or anemia.
But, as an article on MSNBC states, it could also be triggered by PMS or pregnancy.
Our body’s temperature center is the hypothalamus in the brain. Hormonal changes can throw off the hypothalamus thus affecting our body temperature control.
Make sure to check for patterns when you are feeling cold if you are a PMS sufferer, even if you do not have PMS symptoms, if you have a tendency to feel cold during the days leading up to your period, your body might just be a little off.
